Very nice place

The food is very tasty and the staff is very friendly. The menu is a bit small, but there is still something for everyone.

Getting there: uphill, slalom, very bumpy due to the many road damage, single-lane (but used in both directions), in short very stressful and certainly not particularly good for the car. Food: We had roast venison with french fries and non-alcoholic wheat beer. French fries were too salty, the roast was drowned in sauce and without it absolutely free of spices ... It was edible, so 2 stars instead of just one. We were asked if we would like the side salad, which we answered in the affirmative. Surprise, the salad wasn't included in the € 17 main course. This did not come out when the order was accepted. So you just wanted a few euros more ... To be precise about 3.80 € for the salad, which would be absolutely okay, IF NOT: The salad was fresh and the dressing very, very pleasant, with the addition of the corn. This tasted like nothing. When asked by the waiter, he even confirmed the assumption!?!? It was said that the can has been open for some time ... Then please do not serve it to your guests. Service: All of them friendly and I say "all of them" because we didn't have one but three waiters. I know the place was full, but it doesn't have to be. By the way, 45 minutes of waiting time was also borderline. The poor group at the next table who arrived with us at the same time only received their food one after the other. When we were finished, the last of this group got his order. Other: addressed to the male waiter personally: holey, faded jeans don't belong in the workplace and your attitude towards us wasn't the best either, you know what I mean ...

Popular place .. No space inside and that at 4pm. Family-friendly, adventure ... If you concentrate on nature, you only hear the rustling trees. Deceleration. Wonderful. Nice terrace, fleece blankets ... and hot chocolate.

Nice place to sit outside. You can take a nice hike to the Lauschhütte from the nearby Oberheimbach or other places. The ascent is neat and you can work off the calories you eat at the hut. The menu is very straightforward, which is not bad but good. There are schnitzel, noodles, roasts, cheese spaetzle, cakes and Kaiserschmarn. The food tastes good and is served quickly. The service was a bit overwhelmed that day, but it was also busy. Unfortunately, some visitors had to be sent away. It is best to call in advance and reserve.

The Lauschhütte is the perfect place to relax and enjoy delicious food. Directly next to the Lauschhütte is a wonderful forest, ideal for walking and in winter also for sledding.

The inn offers a manageable menu, but is sufficient for a break while hiking. You can sit outside in good weather, inside the guest room is more rustic as you would expect from a forester's house.

Delicious wild bolognese, pasta was unfortunately too aldente, but only a personal opinion. The service was very nice and despite the large number of visitors we were served quickly!

After exhausting 4 stages of the Soonwaldsteig, we were happy to have arrived there. The food, the beer everything to recommend. Nice facility and super nice staff. We will definitely come back and stay longer. Many thanks to the boss for help and interesting discussions Gespräche

Fantastic engagement of the pretty, blonde waitresses who did a great job. Very friendly, courteous and always for fun. A new, fresh wind is blowing here. No comparison to earlier times.

Very rustic hut. Food is very good. Price performance top. For hikers a nice destination. Located in the middle of the forest. The adjoining climbing park offers the opportunity to spend a great day with children. Is not very expensive. Unlike the other the cheapest.

Nice locations you should definitely find a place outside. The schnitzel are really good and the sauce first, to get into it. Price is reasonable for meat quality and location. Staff very relaxed and friendly. Also interesting for cyclists who have to tread the mountain in order to regain their strength.

Everything is OK, the food is delicious and the ingredients from the region and we felt like we were at the ski lodge in South Tyrol
